Your report delivery
Paid reports are delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation. We will email you when yours is ready. You can also check its status and download it from My reports.

If you have paid but your order has not updated, open My reports and choose Check payment status. You do not need to pay again.
For a missing report, a download problem or a refund question, include your order reference and a short description of what happened.
